Shipping Time: We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary, but you can expect your order to be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase for stones and in stock finished jewelry. Additional shipping time may be required for any custom jewelry or custom/pre-cut gemstones.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. We offer free shipping for orders over $250 for domestic and orders from the United States (Additional Shipping Charges for American Territories)
Definition: American territories refer to locations such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and other non-contiguous U.S. territories. Orders shipped to American territories may incur additional shipping charges beyond standard shipping fees.
These charges will be calculated at the checkout or will be provided by the seller for custom, wholesale or personalized orders and will vary based on the shipping destination.
Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery of products due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Any charges related to return shipping will be the purchaser’s responsibility.

These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price on our website.

We will declare the full value of the purchased items on the invoice. We do not mark packages as gifts or understate their value to avoid customs charges.
Returns
Return Period: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Eligible Items: Most of our products are eligible for returns. However, items that have been modified or customized, such as gemstones or jewelry with personalized engravings, are non-returnable.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [Customer Support Email] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10-20 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to receive a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Modification:
Items that have been modified or customized in any way, including but not limited to alterations of gemstones or jewelry, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Items must be in their original condition, free of any signs of wear and contain all original size, color for gemstones and packaging and paperwork for jewelry. Any certification provided with the gemstone must also be returned to be eligible for a refund.
Returns and exchanges are not allowed on special ordered jewelry or custom cut gemstones, gift cards, & custom designs.
